I want to use VEGF as a positive control for the In-Ovo CAM assay. Could you help me with the amount of VEGF I should use?

Hi all, How much VEGF should I use as a positive control per embryo in the in-ovo CAM assay? Which material should I soak with Vegf when implanting VEGF into the egg? (Filter paper, etc.) Best wishes.
