I have work with NH2-Aptamer and try to attach the aptamer by EDC/NHS chemistry. Why the aptamer did not attach to the surface?

I diluted EDC/NHS and aptamer in water. The aptamer attached to the surface 2 mounts ago but now it did not attach.
