How to extract the Volume Loss before element deletion in CDM of ODB files in Abaqus?

I want to evaluate Volume Loss before Element Deletion in Continuum Damage Model in Abaqus, could anyone have the suggestion? how to extract them from post-processing of Abaqus-ODB file
