Hi all, i need to conduct a documentary analysis of 3 bank policy documents. Aim is to investigate policies about equal opportunies. Pls help?

I have read some materials on documentary analysis but am yet to find something which elaborates on procedures; procedures which will suit my research aims and the 3 documents which I have.
