What is the procedure to lyse Gibberella Zeae spores/ mycelium?

I am looking for a membrane bound enzyme, hence wanting to separate the cytosol and cell wall of Gibberella Zeae ? Any procedure to do the same? Any help and advise is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
