Can someone please help me understand why sometimes there can be an Increase in membrane permeability with a decrease in MDA concentration?

I am looking for an explanation of why there can be an increase in the Relative Electrolyte leakage with a decrease in MDA contents under stress please.. Any possible explanation for this...
