Can anyone suggest How to extract PURE coccidian oocyst (without any dirt) from faecal sample of Cattle?

After Flotation method using Saturation salt solution as flotation solution i get Coccidian oocyst with dirt, then how to separate this dirt for getting Pure Oocyst.
