I alway get serval big plaques even with very high concentration of bacteriophages. how to get well-distributed plaques with double layer agar method?

I used MS2 (ATCC 15597-B1) strain to do my experiment. I always get serval big plaques (like the picture I attached), but not a plate which has a lot of small plaques I saw from other research....
