What are the storage conditions of colchicine to be used for cell cynchronization of mammalian or cancer cell lines?

In what can the working concentration be made? Solubility tells 50mg/ml in absolute ethanol.  working concentration 50ug/ml. Could'nt find in what to dilute colchicine
