Any reference how to fix Bacteria (S. aureus) to coverslip for confocal or imaging ?

Please suggest any protocol to fix bacteria to coverslip. i have already followed some protocol with Poly-lysine, gluteraldehyde and OsO4 any more suggestion needed. Thank you Regards

How do I best prepare Pyridine-Sulfur trioxide complex , purify it and avoid its hygroscopic nature ?

I had already prepared it with Pyridine and chlorosulphonic acid. Assay up to 95% and SO3 contain 45%. How Can I prepare 99%?
