Has anyone used a Qubit ssDNA kit to successfully quantify ssDNA?

After several tests and trials we are not sure the ssDNA standards are actually ssDNA plus the ssDNA kit seems to underestimate the amount of ssDNA dramatically. I would like to hear from anyone...
