How to calculate photovoltaic power output from solar radiation for 100 sites countrywide?

I would like to calculate PV output for 100 sites for one year using hourly solar irradiation and temperature data. Can anyone suggest how I can use a software (e.g. PVSyst, RETScreen or similar)...
