I need to extract peptides from ovarian tissue. Which is the most appropriate SPE cartridge to use: C8 or C18?

I need to purify and concentrate my samples for peptide/ protein ELISAs. Ovarian tissue is full of lipids so it should be cleaned prior to the assay.
