Is there a method that can determine genomic coverage in DNA fragments obtained following a ChIP-Seq protocol prior to sequencing?

Hello, I am currently running a ChIP-Seq experiment and want to if there is any method that can be used to asses genomic coverage in DNA fragments generated from a ChIP-Seq protocol.
