Any suggestions for a good binder to use along with Aluminium powder to fabricate an Aluminium porous structure? Is PVA better than Polystyrene?

Looking to coat 1mm Al porous layer onto an Al tube. Any thoughts and suggestions about binders and aq. media (i.e. acetone) are much appreciated. Thanks
