How can I generate an AC magnetic field in a solenoid coil for the following specifications?(magnetic field : Hoti 24 mT, frequency : Upto 100 Hz)?

I need an annular solenoid coil with above specifications so that I can use it in vertical position to get the field. (How to control frequency of magnetic field for the above specifications?)
