Does anybody know a protocol for priming naive T-cells with tumor cell lysates pulsed-Dendritic cells in vitro?

How do you mature DCs isolated from splenocytes? How long should they be pulsed?.. I am looking in literature but there are several contradictory protocols, and would be nice to hear from somebody...
