Does anybody know how can I clean-up (remove) the primers-dimers 150 bp from my Multiplex PCR?

Does anybody know how can I clean-up (remove) the primers-dimers 150 bp from my Multiplex PCR. The commercial kits for PCR clean-up not remove this fragments of 150 bp.
