Has anybody solved problems with parallel conversion to mzXML with MSConvertGUI?

I want to use parallel conversion from .wiff2 to .mzXML files In ProteoWizard's MSconvertGUI I select "Files to convert in parallel" but it does not work. Has anybody solved this problem?
