At which concentration of FBS in the medium do PC-12 cells (or other cells) differenciate to neurons / neuron-like?

We have a culture of PC12 adh cells in DMEM medium with 10% of FBS and some cells appear to have differenciated to neuron-like cells, which could pose a problem for a assay we must perform....
