While Doping what is happening to the XRD pattern of Parent Compound? if it is possible of showing both parent and doped compound same XRD pattern?

In the figure, peaks are matching to the parent compound and the excess peaks are matching for Doping compound. Doping x= 0.2 in parent compound.
