Do you know of an expert in consensus methodology, ideally nominal groups technique to help determine a result in a consensus panel?

We are running a consensus panel to determine what the clinically-relevant domains are in early Alzheimer's disease. We need a methodologist to help us determine when consensus has been achieved.
