How can I make a concentrated (between 1 mM and 5 mM) solution of Undecaprenyl-phosphate - C55H91O4P?

I tried DMSO and mixtures of DMSO/1% CHAPS with sonication and heating, cannot get even a 1 mM solution to be clear. Thanks.
