Does anyone know how to use Fstat program to calculate the Fst, Fis and Fit for different populations?

I tried using Fstat but the software gave me Fis and Fst for each of the loci. I am looking for  Fst for each of the populations and not loci. Can anyone help me with this or suggestion useful...
