Does anyone know of any sports science papers using a hybrid lactate threshold/VO2max ramp test(e.g. long stages to begin, short stages to finish)?

I'm looking to see whether there has been a ramp test of this sort of protocol published in the literature, so I may find it and post a reference below, but if anyone knows of a paper where it is...
