What is the ideal concentration for spray dried Heparin as an anticoagulant for blood collection?

I am using 180 USP U/mg Heparin sodium salt. I have seen that 10-30 units/mL of blood is the accepted range. Would that mean that I would need 55.5ug of heparin salt per mL of blood? IS my math...
