Does any one have any protocols/hints on immunofluorescence staining of human adipose tissue?

I am trying to perform multiple staining (2 and possibly 3 abs) on the vasculature of human subcutaneous adipose tissue. Does anyone have any experience of this or any protocols? Many thanks.
