Are there any mice that express rtTA (Tet-on) in the brain and spinal cord when given Dox?

I am looking for a Tet-On Tg mouse in which rtTA is expressed in the brain and spinal? I cannot seem to find any a JAX Labs and I wonder why? All comments welcome.
