Has anyone used Rainbow beads particles in flow citometry to calculate ERF?

Hello, I would calculate ERF instead of MFI of my samples and I have found Rainbow beads particles, but I don't know how to do. Do they need special aquiring parameters? How do I extrapolate ERF?...
