Has anyone used mouse methylation arrays for rats with any platform?

We would like to do methylation analysis for rat. However, we could not find any commercially available arrays. Can we do using a mouse array? Has anyone done? How far are they similar? Thanks

Does anyone have a protocol to quantify glycogen levels in liver and skeletal muscles?
