I currently have IL-4 200ug/mL stock and need 20ng/ml, IL-13 100ug/ml and need 20ng/ml and have IFN GAMMA at 0.2mg/ml and need 20ng/ml please help?

I am looking to help dilute this down to the above concentrations.
