How can I make this potassium phosphate buffer pH7.4?

[100 mm KH2PO4, 1 mm dithiothre- itol (DTT) and 1 mm ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), pH 7.4] I have so far only managed to make it at pH 6.7.
