Is there a book/ paper/ or journal that explain Miller and Brown Self Regulation Theory (Seven steps model) ?

I'm looking for Self Regulation theory from Miller and Brown (1998), because I'm using Self Regulation Questionnaire from Miller, Brown and Lawendowski (1999) but I only found a brief explanation...
