Is it possible for liquid sample viscosity to decrease at increase shear rate, but at higher shear rate, the viscosity seems slight shear thickening?

Increasing the shear rate will reduce viscosity towards base viscosity but at higher shear rate, the viscosity seems to slightly increase as if shear thickening. Is this possible?
