Does anyone know how to measure the corrosion rate on cans (Tinplate or TFS) packed with foodstuffs using the Polarization Resistance method?

My purpose is to have data in order to make an FEM modeling for predicting the corrosion rate on this cans, depending on the content type and on the characteristics and the internal features, e.g....
