How do I analyse my data with two repeated measure.i.e at time 7 and 14 days. and from each experimental unit at each time point 3 samples were taken

I have a runoff experiment which i rained on the 7 and 14th day. On each of those days I collected 3 samples from each experimental unit. I am interested in getting the differences at time 7, 14...
