Zar (1999) and Sokal & Rohlf (1995) suggests transforming percentages or proportions using Arcsine. Are there bibliographical references that indicate other transformations?

I looked for the species Palythoa caribeorum and Palythoa grandiflora in ITIS and I found Palythoa caribbea and Palythoa grandis. Any change?

I do not know if there have been any changes in the names of the species or if they are different species. Can anyone help me?
