Could you suggest a protocol to measure reduced glutathione in brain tissue without using NADPH?

I'd like to measure reduced glutathione in hippocampus samples but i'm having problems to use a HPLC protocol. Do you know another practical and reliable protocol to do that? Thanks in advance. .
