How do I increase pH 1 to 8 in an arsenic solution at 200 ppb?

Greetings. I need to increase the pH from an arsenic solution ph 1 to ph 8 with naoh how can I do that or there's another method to do so? I have to do this in 1.5ml of arsenic solution 200ppb.
