What would be considered the minimum length of document (minimum number of words) for training an LDA/SLDA topic model?

I'm having trouble finding references to my question. example : Is a docmuemt of 200 words large enough to perform a topic model analysis with Latent Dirichlet Allocation? Thanks, Fouzia Bourai
