How can I create an Input file for two reactants, for performing QST2 calculation in Gaussian?

1. I have a reaction i.e. CH3CHO + NH3 = C2H5ONH2 2. I Want to perform QST2/QST3 calculation in Gaussian. 3. How can I generate input file for these calculations?
