Hello Everyone, i'm doing a micromass cell culture with MEFs but i noticed each time i changed the media the cells get detached, how can i prevent it?

i am trying to culture the cells and see how these MEFs differentiate but each time i change the media the micromass layer(with 100,000 cells) is disrupted and i get to see them in a monolayer...
