Which type/ brand of alginate would you suggest for bacteriocin isolation in liquid?

I want to isolate a bacteriocin produced by bacteria in liquid media (MRS), by using alginate beads. Which do you think, would be the best alginate to use, in this case? Many thanks, Blerina
