Having two soil type (A, B) and extracting with either solvent C or solvent D. C-D value (recovery) is my interest. How to compare A, B on this?

I am having many samples of A, B types and extracting  subgroup of them either C or D solvent. The C-D value is my concern. Based on this aspect how to compare A, B group? Data are like AC1, AC2,...
