Can CZTS exhibit n type conductivity? If yes in which Cu/Zn+Sn and Zn/Sn ratio?

most of the references mention about p-type conductivity of CZTS due to CuZn antisite defects. Is is possible to make stable n-type absorber layer of CZTS by controlling the atomic % and temperature?
