Can anyone send me the method for determination of poliquaternium-1 with differential specroscopy by trypan blue in ophtalmolic solutions?

I am trying to introduce the method for determination of polyqaternuim-1 with differential spectroscopy in ophtalmolyc solutions using trypan blue.
