How to polish the samples which are very prone to oxidation for metallography?

I am trying to polish the rare earth based sample for SEM analysis. But the sample is getting oxidized immediately . Can anyone suggest a way to polish these kind of samples?

What is the reason for asymmetry in magnetic hysteresis loop of NdFeB magnet?

I got a high asymmetry in magnetic hysteresis loop of NdFeB magnet even though there is no particle rotation in VSM. Can anyone tell me the possible reason for it?
