Can direct immunofluorescence (DIF) be replaced for other easy techniques in autoimmune blistering disease and vasculitis?

Does anyone know if there are IGG or C3 in the form of secondary antibodies to perform a IHC study instead of others for auroimmune blistering disease? Can we replace DIF with other easy techniques?
