Is it dispersed in the porogen used or precipitated as a powder? When I prepare it, the prepared polymer precipitate in the bottom of the flask with a light rubbery consistency? when it dries out...

Can an antifungal (candida albicans) susceptibility test be performed on Sabouraud media?

Via disk diffusion method, I know it isn't the best media but could it be done? And would it be reproducible?
