Any suggestion to remove ammonium formate from the preparative elution so that I can get impurity in its pure form?

I have isolated an unknown impurity using Preparative HPLC and mobile phase 0.02 M Ammonium Formate in water. I have already tried extractions with DCM & Ethyl Acetate.
